The origin of Pinda Sweda Massage comes from the oriental and Ayurvedic medicine. The pindas are linen bags tied at the top by a cord. They can be filled with aromatic and medicinal herbs, spices, dry fruits, cereals and cooked rice in regular or plant based milk or water. Herbs that we can use are chamomile, rosemary, mint, lavender, comfrey and other. We can add turmeric or essential oils too. Milk nourishes and hydrates the skin, and spices and medicinal herbs relieve pain. We prepare pindas depending on the client’s body type as well as health condition and desired outcome. We start massage with Abhyanga – a relaxing massage with warm oils and we continue with warm pindas. Pinda Sweda Massage reduce effects of stress on the body and mind, improve lymphatic drainage, blood circulation, sleeping and skin texture, reduce pain, swelling and stiffness, remove toxins from the body and release stress. It is highly recommended for arthritis, rheumatism, fibromyalgia, muscle and joints pain, frozen shoulders, neck pain and stiffness, back pain, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, menopause, stress, depression, sleep problems, anxiety etc. Pinda Sweda Massage is a very moisturizing and nourishing massage. It is an rejuvenating treatment and promotes vitality. CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR PINDA SWEDA MASSAGE: - any condition in which massage in general is contraindicated, fever, cold, flu, varicose veins, pregnancy in all stages, recent operations or acute injuries, fractures, skin diseases, eczema, psoriasis, cuts, sunburns, abrasions, bruising, dermatitis, acne, herpes, skin cancer, high blood pressure, diseases where there is a nerve damage and loss of feelings, epilepsy, diabetes, heart disease - angina, pacemakers, thrombosis, phlebitis, cancer - anyone on chemotherapy or radiation treatment ... Please do not hesitate to call me or send an email if you have any concerns. PAYMENT: After you have set the date and the time for your treatment, go on PAY NOW. When you press PAY NOW, you don`t have to pay your treatment immediately. You can choose between 2 options - to pay in person - in Studio (with cards) or you can pay online. If you want to pay online choose PayPal payment and than you will have option to pay with PayPal or if you do not have PayPal you can choose option to pay with card (Mastercard, Discover, Visa, Amex).

Cancellation Policy

VERY IMPORTANT If you know you are not going to make it because of any reason let me know as soon as possible that you are not able to come on treatment. I understand that everyone may have personal emergency or your plans can change. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to change or cancel treatment without charge. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be charged the full cost of the treatment. The same rules are valid for those who have Let´s Deal code - the code will be not valid anymore for cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows (if you don`t come). Appointments made for the same day cannot be cancelled and will be charged in full. Thank you.
